Privacy policy

StudioFlow is the desktop app sold by Frozen Moments Photography on this site and in the Microsoft Store. This page says what happens to your information when you use it.

Your business data stays on your computer

StudioFlow keeps your business data — customers, jobs, invoices, pictures and settings — on your own computer, in a StudioFlow folder in your Documents (Settings in StudioFlow shows exactly where). It is not uploaded to Frozen Moments Photography.

What is sent to Frozen Moments Photography

Only what is needed to run your licence:

• the email address and name on your licence;
• a one-way computer ID, used only to count how many computers are using a licence. It is a scrambled code that cannot be turned back into anything about your computer;
• the date your trial started.

Nothing else is sent.

Services you choose to connect

StudioFlow can work with other companies’ services, but only if you connect them yourself:

• Square — payments
• Google Analytics — visits to your website
• Cloudflare — hosting your website
• OpenAI — the AI tools

Each of these is covered by that company’s own terms and privacy policy. If you do not connect a service, nothing is shared with it.

Deleting your licence record
